We are a Jamaican-born, New York-raised company using old recipes to tell a new story about Jamaican cuisine.
Our Coco Bred sandwiches are cloud-soft coco bread pockets filled with your favorite flavors of the island. Picture classics like oxtail, curry goat, and jerk chicken slow cooked, pulled off the bone, placed into fluffy coco bread, and topped with vibrant sauces, relishes, chutneys, and crumbles.
